____BOOK YOUR TOURNAMENT DATE as early as possible to ensure a reservation. We recommend one year in advance. Our minimum requirement for booking an event is twenty-five (25) days ahead of time.

____CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS. This number of guaranteed players may be only be modified slightly in the weeks before the event. Four days before the tournament the number will be locked in and used in the final billing. 72 players are required for a shotgun start.

____CHOOSE FOOD AND BEVERAGE menus and time of service. (E.g. Continental breakfast, lunch, on-course beverages.) Note: Groups may not bring food or beverage onto premises without written permission.

____COLLECT ENTRY FEES well in advance to reduce the financial risk of "no-shows." For company sponsored events we recommend entry deadlines of several weeks prior to the tournament day so guaranteed numbers are not skewed.

____DETERMINE HANDICAPS if necessary, and how flights will be divided. (Such as Seniors, Juniors, employees, non-employees, etc.)

____ IMPORTANT COURSE POLICIES should be reviewed with participants prior to the tournament, such as our "NO COOLERS" policy, and “NO UNLICENSED CART DRIVERS” policy, etc.

____CHOOSE THE TYPE OF TOURNAMENT and contests to be played. The vast majority of groups use the "Scramble" format . Many groups also host contests such as Closest the the Pin, Longest Drive, Lowest Team Score, etc.

____DETERMINE PRIZE WINNINGS requirements for the tournament and arrange for their purchase. (Typically these are gift cards in the amounts of $25, $50, or $100.)

____GROUP BILLING can be set up, at your request, for such things as; rental clubs, food and beverage, etc. If no master bill is established, these items must be paid for individually.

____FOUR (4) DAYS PRIOR to the event, make necessary adjustments or reconfirm the number of players expected. At this time the guaranteed number of players will be billed on your invoice (or the actual number of players, whichever is greatest.)

____AT LEAST (72) HOURS IN ADVANCE, e-mail or fax your list of players. Your hole assignments, scorecards, and cart signs will be generated from this list.

____THE DAY OF THE EVENT, final payment will be due in one lump payment before play starts unless alternate billing arrangements have been made. Plan on starting promptly and focus attention on having a great time with your guests!
