Large Group or Tournament Planning

Groups over 20 players are considered a tournament. Tournaments must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance. Tournament booking is free but the number of players must must be guaranteed (changes can be made up to 3 days in advance) and green fees must be paid in one payment. Discounts are available Monday through Thursdays, tournament rates apply Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Regular tee time starts will be determined depending on the needs of your group. Shotgun starts require all gofers to rent golf carts and usually need a minimum of 36 players for a shotgun start and these must be morning starts.

Tournament services include golf cart preparation, cart signs and scorecards, format and rules sheet, contest markers, pairing lists, professional scoring and placement of sponsor signs.

Add-ons such as banquet room rental, lunches, concessions, warm-up clinics, range balls, personalized merchandise, and prizes are available.

Monday - Thursday

20-72 Players: 15% off green fee and cart rental.

73+ Players: 25% off green fees and cart rental.

Friday

20-72 Players: Regular price of $40.00/18 Holes Riding.

73+ Players: Regular price of $40.00/18 Holes Riding. Includes morning shotgun start.

Saturday - Sunday

20-72 Players: Regular price of $44.00/18 Holes Riding.

73+ Players: Regular price of $44.00/18 Holes Riding. Includes morning shotgun start and merchandise credit.

Tournament Booking Terms

1. No Booking Fee or Deposit Required!

2. A guaranteed number of players will be required no less than (4) four days prior the the tournament event. Organizers will be provided an invoice based on this guaranteed number reserved (regardless of how many show-up to the event.)

3. Tournament invoice must be paid no later than the start of the event in one payment.

4. The event organizer will assume liability for any damages done to the building, furniture, carpet, equipment, etc. and will leave the facility in satisfactory conditions.

5. Events must comply with state laws and comply with course rules and regulations.

6. Special assistance is available for setting up events such as Hole in one contests, long drive, closest to the hole, etc.

7. Add-ons such as lunches, drink bins, tournament prizes, personalized logo merchandise, etc. are available.
